Northend Motel & Suites

This place is awesome!!! I'm getting to be an old man. My car broke down near McDonald's. I needed parts that weren't available here and slept in my car for a few nights waiting on parts from Rockauto. Parts came but so did rain. I needed to get out of that car for awhile and was in serious need of a shower. (Working on an old car can get quite dirty.) I called North End and spoke to the manager to inquire about it room. Not only was the price right but the manager sent her husband to come pick me up so I didn't have to walk in the rain. Now that is service for you. The room is small but very clean with fridge and microwave. The TV is good size and gets a great picture. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. I love it so much I got the room for a second night. Thank you North End.

What a great little motel! If you ever find yourself in Doniphan, this is the place to stay! Very clean, well maintained, and safe. There are various outdoor seating areas for when the weather is right. Within walking distance of a couple restaurants. The owners are very helpful and kind. I recommend engaging them in conversation to learn something new!

This Motel is BY FAR the best place to stay in the whole area. I honestly wish there was a North End Motel everywhere I travel. The owners are AWESOME! It is quaint, super clean, peaceful, affordable and very conveniently located by grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. The beds are comfy and the air is cold. I can’t say enough good things! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel and THE OWNERS are the best!! It is a cozy, swanky lil motel!! They went out of their way to make sure I had what I wanted and needed, they let me borrow their keurig so I could have coffee in the morning, and made sure I had enough room for my ice packs!! It was very clean, and quiet room!! The only thing I think I could say that needed help on was the bed, it wasn't horrible just not as soft as my bed at home, however I would take the bed over a soft bed with bed bugs any day!! I would stay here again 100x's over!!! Thanks for the experience!

This motel recently changed ownership. I was worried because no one had reviewed this past for a year or two. It was a small, clean old school room that had been updated several years ago. All the rooms will be redone. It is cute small drive up to your door brick motel. I have stayed in much worse. TV works, mini fridge, and a little table and chair. I think our room was very reasonable around $55 a night plus tax. Discounts for other businesses in town like Krave.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay here! We were both immediately impressed with how clean the room was when we first arrived. Not only this, but we were provided with top-notch service throughout our stay. We're big fans of supporting family-owned establishments and this experience was nothing short of exceeding our expectations! I was informed that they're currently in the process of updating their rooms, but don't let that stop you from benefiting from the cleanest rooms in Doniphan along with great customer service to make you feel at home! Will definitely be staying here for future travels. Great job to the front office!

We stayed there only one night and it was as good as many named motels which costs twice as much. The operators were warm and friendly , the room was small but spotless, as soon as I stepped into the room you tell it had been cleaned properly. This motel is perfect for a single individual or a couple but not for a family or group. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked and the temp was right on. There are no amenities like a pool or hot tub but for a place to sleep and shower it can't be beat. There are plenty of places to eat near by and there is a convenience right across the street. If I am back in the area I will stay there again.

Very comfortable bed, super clean room and service was just AWESOME! Plans fell through on our weekend get together leaving us in a bit of a scramble to put something together. Contacted the hotel & spoke with Brenda 2 days before and got our room reserved. She was very pleasant to speak with and took very good care of us. We originally planned on being there by 7 or 8 PM but the devil had other plans & we didn't get in until almost 1:00 AM. Brenda told me no worries and accommodated our very late arrival. My family & I got a great nights sleep in a nice clean room. Now do not expect Italian marble floors or gold plated bath fixtures but if you need a good clean room with a cozy comfortable bed at a VERY reasonable price, call Brenda. THANK YOU BRENDA & NORTH END MOTEL! UPDATE. My wife & I have had the pleasure of staying at the North End Motel a few times since and every stay has been a most wonderful experience. Brenda runs a great place and always makes certain our stay is the absolute best it can be. God bless you Brenda.
